Returns and Refunds

Please read our T&C's carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Trinkets and Treasures Ltd - you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You are welcome to print and or store these terms for your own records.

Trinkets and Treasures Ltd and their partners own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify accuracy of any information we place on Trinkets and Treasures Ltd website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to accuracy. please see our Privacy Policy for details of our GDPR compliance.

Wherever the term "Working Days of Hours" is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Trinkets and Treasures Ltd you will be sent an order confirmation detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typing mistakes are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.

Payment

Trinkets and Treasures Ltd main payment method is via Shopify payment system.

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Trinkets and Treasures Ltd. Trinkets and Treasures Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Trinkets and Treasures Ltd will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Trinkets and Treasures Ltd acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in order will not form part of our contract.

Your details will be held on our system in accordance with our data protection policy - compliant with GDPR, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Shipping

Trinkets and Treasures Ltd aim to post orders within 2-3 working days. Trinkets and Treasures Ltd sends products via Royal Mail or Local Couriers.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Trinkets and Treasures Ltd, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 14 days following dispatch has passed.

Returns and Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you have changed your mind and more.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt form the returns policy.

Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Trinkets and Treasures Ltd.

Returning Custom Items

Custom made items are exempt form The Consumer Contract Regulations - the only exception being if they are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Trinkets and Treasures Ltd; in this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
